ESOP Activity

During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the Indus Towers Employees Welfare Trust transferred 12,738 equity shares (exercise price ₹10 each) to employees upon exercise of stock options. As of June 30, 2026, the Trust holds 960,215 shares (face value ₹10 each) of the company.

Allowances for Doubtful Receivables

Other expenses include allowances for doubtful receivables (net) of ₹233 million for Q1 FY2026, compared to a net reversal of ₹883 million in Q1 FY2025.

Significant Customer Concentration

A large customer accounts for a significant part of revenue from operations (₹84,311 million for Q1 FY2026) and constitutes a significant part of outstanding trade receivables and unbilled revenue as of June 30, 2026.

The customer is paying an amount equivalent to monthly billing to the Group. The Group continues to recognize revenue from operations relating to the customer for services rendered but does not recognize revenue equalization income and asset on account of straight lining of lease rentals due to the customer's financial condition.

Management believes the carrying amount of receivables (including unbilled revenue) and property, plant and equipment related to this customer will be recovered in the normal course of business.

The Group has a single reportable segment of establishing, operating and maintaining wireless communication towers.
