Indus Towers reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹81 billion, up 4.8% YoY, and announced a final dividend of ₹14 per share.

The company is expanding into Africa with operational progress in Zambia and regulatory approvals pending in Uganda and Nigeria.
FY26 normalized EBITDA grew 11.4% YoY to ₹180 billion, with free cash flow generation of ₹37.6 billion for the year.
