Segment-wise Performance:
The Company operates in one segment i.e. Information Technology services. Accordingly, no separate segment disclosures as required under "Ind AS-108: Operating Segments" have been presented.
Corporate Actions:
Bonus Share Issuance: The Shareholders of the Company approved the issuance of bonus shares in the proportion of three bonus equity shares for every one existing equity share via resolution dated February 23, 2026. On March 02, 2026, upon issuance of such Bonus Equity Shares, the paid-up capital of the Company increased to ₹9,696 lakhs having 96.9 million equity shares of ₹10 each.
ESOP Allotment: During the quarter ended 30 June 2026, 15,400 equity shares (30 June 2025: 86,550 equity shares) of ₹10 each fully paid, were allotted upon exercise of vested stock options pursuant to the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016 resulting in an increase in the paid-up share capital by ₹2 lakhs (30 June 2025: ₹9 lakhs) and securities premium by ₹8 lakhs (30 June 2025: ₹277 lakhs).

The figures for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 are derived figures between audited figures for full financial year ended 31 March 2026 and the unaudited published year-to-date figures up to 31 December 2025.
Other income for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 includes ₹636 Lakhs being a grant received by one of the subsidiaries in United States on account of Employee retention credit under The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020.
