A meeting of the Board of Directors of Insolation Energy Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026.
The primary agenda is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The board may also transact such other businesses during the meeting.
Trading Window Closure
In continuation of the company's letter dated 26th June, 2026, the Trading Window closure that began on 1st July, 2026 has been extended.
The Trading Window shall remain closed until 14th August, 2026 (both days inclusive).
This closure applies to all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
The closure period extends until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
