Auditor's Review Report - Standalone Financial Results
S. P. Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, issued a limited review report on the unaudited standalone financial results for quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern: The auditors highlighted existence of material uncertainty about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern due to huge accumulated losses, non-carrying out of lending/operational activities, and substantial reduction in recoveries from borrowers/customers, resulting in substantial erosion of net worth. Management prepared financial results on a going concern basis due to reasons described in Note 4.
Emphasis of Matter: Auditors drew attention to Note 5 regarding One Time Settlement (OTS) with all lender banks, completed during previous year (quarter ended June 2025). Company fully repaid OTS amounts and received No Dues Certificates, with resultant net loss of ₹124.38 lakhs shown as exceptional item in financial results for quarter ended June 30, 2025 and year ended March 31, 2026.
Other Matter: Figures for previous quarter ended March 31, 2026 are balancing figures between audited figures for previous full financial year and published unaudited year-to-date figures up to third quarter of previous financial year.
Auditor's Review Report - Consolidated Financial Results
S. P. Chopra & Co. issued limited review report on unaudited consolidated financial results for quarter ended June 30, 2026 for Intec Capital Limited and its subsidiary Amulet Technologies Limited.

Financial Results Notes
