Integra Switchgear FY26 Consolidated Loss ₹29.07 Lacs

Integra Switchgear reported a consolidated net loss of ₹29.07 lacs for FY26, a significant decline from a profit of ₹1.51 lacs in FY25.
The company completed the 100% acquisition of Bimal Switchgear Private Limited on 29 December 2025, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Total income from operations fell to ₹2.49 lacs in FY26 from ₹12.89 lacs in the previous year, while other expenses rose sharply.
The board approved these audited standalone and consolidated results on 5 May 2026, following a review by the audit committee.
