She has consulted for large clients in Telecommunications, BFSI and Health Care industries. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, USA and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Engineering from Osmania University. Currently handles business strategy and overseas growth for Intense Technologies. She is not related to any of the company's directors.

Statutory Auditor Appointment

The Board approved the appointment of M/s. KRYR & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 017232S) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 36th AGM until the conclusion of the 41st AGM, subject to shareholder approval.

Auditor's Review Report

The limited review reports by MSPR & CO (ICAI Firm Registration Number: 0101525) covered both standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. For consolidated results, the review covered Intense Technologies Limited and its subsidiaries: Intense Technologies FZE-Sharjah-UAE, Intense Technologies UK Limited-UK, Intense Technologies INC-USA, and Intense Al Solution Systems Private Limited-India.

The auditor noted that they did not review the interim financial results of 4 subsidiaries included in the statement, whose financial information reflects:

  • Total revenue (including other income) before consolidation adjustments: ₹1257.78 Lakhs
  • Total net profit after tax before consolidation adjustment: ₹211.63 Lakhs

The subsidiaries located outside India had their interim financial results prepared according to accounting principles generally accepted in their respective countries, which were then converted to Indian accounting principles by the holding company's management.
