IRIS RegTech FY26 Revenue Up 23%

IRIS RegTech Solutions posted FY26 total revenue of ₹138.2 cr, up 23% YoY, with EBITDA ₹19.8 cr (14.3% margin).
Q4 FY26 revenue rose 36% YoY and 7% QoQ, EBITDA grew 24% YoY, and PAT nearly doubled, EBITDA margin 18.8%.
Recurring revenue reached ₹69.4 cr (54% of total), IRIS CARBON ARR grew 32% YoY, and cash holdings jumped to ₹155.4 cr after TaxTech divestment.
The firm secured its first Tax regulator project in Qatar and a major Brazilian win for IRIS CARBON, while planning a DataTech spin‑off.
