Management Commentary
- K. Balachandran, Co‑Founder and CEO, highlighted the first‑half performance, noting that IRIS CARBON’s growth was accelerated by new customer wins in disclosure management and a large engagement with a global energy major that began late in the quarter. He added that IRIS iDeal, the bank regulatory reporting solution, secured its first end‑to‑end implementation at an Indian small‑finance bank, deepening the firm’s presence among financial institutions. The SupTech business delivered solid growth despite slower new order intake in the Middle East, offset by expanded engagements with existing regulator clients.
- Vineet Kandoi, CFO, stated that to sustain momentum the company will invest further in sales, marketing, and product innovation, including enhanced AI capabilities, to position the business for continued growth.
Segment Highlights
- RegTech: Revenue grew 50 % YoY in H1 FY27, led by IRIS CARBON’s expansion.
- SupTech: Revenue grew 25 % YoY with an EBITDA margin of 29 %, driven by digital reporting implementations across Africa and the Middle East and a footprint extension into the Philippines.
