IRIS RegTech reported Q4FY26 PAT of ₹664 lakhs, a 97% YoY increase, with total revenue growth of 36% YoY to ₹4,160 lakhs.
The company presented its investor call detailing three business verticals: SupTech for regulators, RegTech for enterprises, and DataTech for MSMEs.
EBITDA margin contracted to 19% in Q4FY26 from 21% in Q4FY25, while full-year FY26 revenue grew 23% to ₹13,821 lakhs.
AI initiatives were highlighted across platforms, including auto-tagging, compliance monitoring, and data extraction capabilities.
