The Government of India consolidated 29 existing labour laws into four labour codes effective 21 November 2025. The incremental impact has been recognized in the financial results for quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, assessed as not material.

Other income for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 is negative due to loss on fair value of investments measured at FVTPL.
