ITC Hotels FY26 Record Revenue ₹4,139 Cr, PAT Up 39%

ITC Hotels reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹4,139 Cr, up 16% YoY, and PAT (before exceptional items) of ₹888 Cr, up 39%.
The Board recommended a dividend of ₹1 per share and announced an 'Asset-Right' strategy targeting 250 hotels by 2031.
ITC Ratnadipa, Sri Lanka, turned EBITDA positive and the company achieved its highest-ever signings of 33 hotels with 3,300+ keys.
