Corporate Action

On 19th May 2026, the company acquired the entire share capital of Kerala Luxury Resorts Private Limited (formerly known as Zuri Hotels and Resorts Private Limited), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary with effect from that date. The fair values of assets and liabilities acquired have been provisionally determined and recorded in accordance with Ind AS 103 on 'Business Combinations' and reflected in the 'Hotels' segment.

Auditor Review

The financial results were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors, S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results. The review was conducted in accordance with Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410.
