Dividend: Board recommended final dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (face value ₹2), representing 200% payout including 75% special dividend. Total expected payout: ₹262 million, subject to shareholder approval.

Acquired 85% equity stake in Aequitas Healthcare Private Limited on July 17, 2026 for ₹208 million (funded through internal accruals). Aequitas generated ₹53 crore revenue in FY26 with relationships across 1,000+ hospitals. Existing promoters retain 15% stake.
