Funding and Investment:

  • JBM Ecolife Mobility Pvt Ltd (part of JBM Auto) secured Rs. 750 crore strategic investment from Motilal Oswal to scale e-bus deployment pan India

Debt Reduction:

New Contracts and Agreements:

  • Signed agreement with DRIVN, an electric commercial vehicle leasing platform, for supplying 500 ultra-modern electric luxury buses
