Business Restructuring Update

The Company has streamlined operations to focus on its Engineered Products Division, while its wholly owned subsidiary MHE Rentals India Private Limited continues to operate the equipment rental business. During the one-year transition period following restructuring, the Company is executing both existing orders and certain new orders as per terms mutually agreed between parties as part of the sale of the erstwhile subsidiary.

EPD delivers innovative technologies enhancing environmental sustainability and improving customer process performance and efficiency. The division collaborates with world-leading manufacturers to offer advanced engineering solutions for demanding industrial applications.

Technical Services Capabilities

The Company provides solutions through Erection, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training, Calibration, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repair, and supply of spare parts. Currently operates 9 branch offices across India with:

  • Two NABL Accredited laboratories at Mumbai and Kolkata (serving Power sector)
  • One technical support center in Bangalore (serving Sound & Vibration instrument customers)
  • Plans to open two more NABL accredited service centers during the year:
  • North India center for Power sector customers
  • Pune center for Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, and General Engineering customers
