JSW Energy reported Q4 FY26 EBITDA of ₹2,602 Cr, a 72% YoY increase driven by 48% growth in power generation to 11.7 BUs.
The company added 2.6 GW capacity in FY26, achieving record annual EBITDA of ₹11,041 Cr (+81% YoY) and maintaining a net debt-to-equity of 2.1x.
Strategic initiatives included commissioning a 5 GWh battery plant, acquiring Tidong Hydro (150 MW), and setting up an Integrated Digital Command Centre for asset monitoring.
Growth pipeline includes 14,048 MW under construction and 4,561 MW in pipeline projects, targeting 30 GW capacity and 40 GWh energy storage by 2030.
