JSW Infrastructure reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹5,361 crore, up 20% YoY, with operating EBITDA at ₹2,604 crore (+15% YoY).
Total cargo handled reached 122 million tonnes, a 4% YoY increase, with third-party cargo constituting 48% of the volume.
The company is pursuing aggressive expansion, targeting 400 MTPA ports capacity by 2030 and scaling its logistics segment with rail rakes and new terminals.
A final dividend of ₹0.90 per share was recommended for FY26, representing 45% of the face value.
