The 35th Annual General Meeting of JTL Industries Limited was held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

Mr. Sahil Malhotra of S.V. Associates was appointed as Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 31, 2026. The scrutinizer unblocked the results of votes cast through remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM in the presence of two witnesses on September 25, 2026. The scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority and is maintaining the registers/electronic records received from CDSL.
