Expansion and Development Update
Mathura Hotel Project: Expanding from 60 to 105 rooms in partnership with IHG under Holiday Inn Express brand. Total built-up area approximately 100,163 sq. ft. with 105 rooms, 160-pax restaurant, and 200-pax banquet hall. Funding through IPO proceeds and HDFC Bank borrowings. Operations targeted for FY27-28.
Sheopur Fort Heritage Hotel: 90-year lease from Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. Developing 60-key heritage hotel through renovation. Funding through IPO proceeds and HDFC Bank borrowings. Renovation work has commenced.
Kukru Jungle Camp: New wildlife resort at village Kukru, District Betul, Madhya Pradesh (edge of Melghat Tiger Reserve). Awarded by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board. To be developed and operated under company's brand. Funding through internal accruals.
