Acquisition Update

On June 04, 2026, the company acquired 100% shareholding in Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL) for a consideration of ₹1.00 lakh. JHAPL was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle pursuant to a Letter of Award dated March 02, 2026 received from Delhi Development Authority for development of a 5-star hotel project in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The financial results were reviewed by SRBC & CO LLP (ICAI Firm registration number: 324982E/E300003), who concluded that nothing came to their attention suggesting material misstatement or non-compliance with disclosure requirements.
