  • Re-appointed M/s. Urvashi Kamal Mehta & Co. (Firm Registration No.: 001817) as Cost Auditor.
  • Appointment effective May 28, 2026.
  • To conduct Cost audit for financial year 2026-27.
  • The firm specializes in Cost Audit and Cost Compliances services.

5. Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

  • Mr. Mahender Singh appointed as COO of Geon Division and designated as Senior Management Personnel effective May 28, 2026.
  • Senior professional with over 25 years of global experience across automotive, EV, electronics, lighting, polymers, precision metallics, and industrial systems.
  • Has successfully led multi-plant, multi-country operations and large P&L portfolios.
  • Holds Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and MBAs in Operations and Project Management, along with Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Mr. Saurabh Jain re-designated from CXO-Geon Division to CEO-Energy Storage Business effective May 28, 2026.
  • Has over 20 years of experience in Planning, Team Development, Energy Storage, Electric Mobility and Business Operations.
  • Academic credentials include Master of Industrial Engineering and Management and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
