New Business Update

The company has incorporated a new subsidiary named "Kapston Home Services Private Limited" to venture into Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Home Services marketplace. The subsidiary will offer an integrated suite of essential services including:

  • Cleaning Services
  • Beauty & SPA Services
  • EPC Services (Electrical, Plumbing & Carpentry)
  • A/C, Repairs & Painting

Necessary technology and training facilities are being planned for this home services marketplace platform. The new company is developing a best-in-class home services marketplace technology platform for B2C consumers and service providers. This initiative is expected to enhance the company's brand name and expand its footprint in home services market in major cities across India. The total market size of home services in India is expected to grow to USD 97 billion by the year 2029.
