The transaction was executed pursuant to the Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement dated September 11, 2023 among the Company, KMLL and DPW.
Business Outlook for FY 2026-27
The marginal revenue increase in FY 2025-26 was attributed to increased imports and better commercial utilization of tanks in terminals. Exports reduced by 28% mainly due to increased flexi & iso tank requirements instead of bulk export.
A new chemical handling terminal was added at Kandla with approximately 83,000 KL capacity, affecting customer preferences.
Competitive landscape: Two existing competitors have formed a consortium with 240 tanks and total storage capacity of 0.8 MMT (800,000 metric tons), giving them market dominance leverage at Kandla. The Company stated it would strive to achieve better revenues during FY 2026-27.
