Keysight Technologies Q3 FY2026 Results
Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) reported third‑quarter fiscal 2026 results that exceeded analyst expectations. Adjusted earnings per share were $3.07, surpassing the consensus estimate of $2.48 by $0.59. Revenue for the quarter reached $1.85 billion, representing a 37% year‑over‑year increase from $1.35 billion in Q3 FY2025 and beating the consensus forecast of $1.75 billion. Following the release, KEYS shares rose approximately 3% in after‑hours trading.
The company provided fourth‑quarter guidance that also outperformed Wall Street expectations. Projected revenue is between $1.93 billion and $1.95 billion, compared with the consensus of $1.82 billion, and the midpoint of $1.94 billion implies roughly 37% YoY growth. Adjusted EPS guidance is $3.34 to $3.40, well above the consensus estimate of $2.68.
Satish Dhanasekaran, President and CEO of Keysight, said the record Q3 results and outlook reflect the growing relevance of the company’s strategy and portfolio, enabling customers to solve complex engineering challenges across end markets.
Segment performance showed the Communications Solutions Group generating $1.35 billion in revenue, up 43% YoY, driven by a 56% increase in commercial communications and a 14% rise in aerospace, defense, and government segments. The Electronic Industrial Solutions Group reported $501 million in revenue, up 21% YoY, with growth across semiconductor, general electronics, automotive, and energy markets. The company recorded its second consecutive quarter with orders exceeding $2 billion.
Cash flow from operations improved to $437 million, compared with $322 million in the same quarter last year, while free cash flow increased to $403 million from $291 million YoY.
