Kirloskar Pneumatic FY26 Profit Rises 22.5%, Declares 425% Dividend

Board approved audited standalone FY26 results with revenue of ₹17,592 million and net profit of ₹2,584 million, up 22.5% YoY.
Recommended a final dividend of 425% (₹8.50 per share) for FY25-26, subject to shareholder approval at AGM on July 21, 2026.
Approved acquisition of remaining 44.74% stake in subsidiary Systems & Components for ₹12.55 crore and stock split from ₹2 to Re 1 face value.
