Management Commentary
Aman Kirloskar, Managing Director, commented: "Our performance during the first half reflects the immediate headwinds of an increasingly volatile global landscape. Geopolitical tensions and shipping disruptions directly impacted on the timing of our export clearances and dispatches, leading to temporary delays in certain consignments and deferred order finalizations. While these external uncertainties have moderated our near-term revenue and profitability, our core operational foundation remains resilient."
