6. Any other item with the permission of the chair
The company has also confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company was closed for all Insiders, Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives, with effect from Wednesday, July 01, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
