Kothari Products Board to Consider FY26 Results, Dividend

Kothari Products' board will meet on May 29, 2026 to consider audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
The board will also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, during the meeting.
The board will approve the annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per the intimation.
