KP Green Engineering delivered exceptional financial results for FY26 with revenue from operations surging 79% to ₹1,245.57 crore (₹694.64 crore in FY25) and net profit increasing 85% to ₹135.75 crore (₹73.49 crore in FY25). Total income reached ₹1,250 crore, representing 78% YoY growth. The company maintained strong profitability with EBITDA growing 117% to ₹249 crore and earnings per share increasing to ₹27.15 from ₹14.70.
Operational Excellence & Business Development
The company achieved a record order book of ₹1,831 crore as of March 31, 2026, up 127% YoY from ₹807 crore. Key operational milestones included:

Financial Position & Capital Structure
The company's total assets expanded to ₹1,585.53 crore (₹734.05 crore in FY25) driven by significant investments in property, plant and equipment (₹455.50 crore vs ₹208.08 crore). Total borrowings increased to ₹261.59 crore (₹92.42 crore) while maintaining a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.57 (0.29). The company's ICRA A- (Stable) credit rating was reaffirmed for enhanced borrowing limits totaling ₹495 crore across various facilities.
