KSB Limited Q2 FY2026 Performance Overview

KSB Limited announced that its sales for the quarter ended June 2026 reached ₹690.70 crore, up from ₹601.30 crore in the preceding quarter and above the ₹666.70 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. Other income for the quarter was ₹12.50 crore, while total expenses amounted to ₹625.30 crore, resulting in profit before tax (PBT) of ₹77.90 crore. This PBT is lower than ₹95.20 crore in Q2 FY2025 and higher than the ₹50.00 crore recorded in Q1 FY2026. For the first half of FY2026, cumulative sales totaled ₹1,292.00 crore, compared with ₹1,262.10 crore in H1 FY2025.

The company highlighted eight significant order wins:

1. First LUV pump order for the Gadarwara Power Project (Energy segment).

2. Shutdown cooling pumps for Kaiga Units 5 & 6 nuclear project.

3. High‑pressure valve package for NTPC’s Nabinagar and Gadarwara projects via L&T‑MHI Power.

4. Letter of Intent from MSEDCL for supply of 2,000 solar pumps.

5. First order for generator and inverter cooling pumps for a wind‑energy application.

6. Pump supply for a data‑centre project.

7. Water‑infrastructure contract for the Nashik Kumbh Mela project under Nashik Municipal Corporation.

8. HVAC pump order for the Delhi Metro Rail Project.

Management comments: Vice President Prashant Kumar (Sales & Marketing) said that despite continued geopolitical uncertainties, the quarter reflected consistent business momentum supported by diversified order intake across industrial and infrastructure segments. Chief Financial Officer Mahesh Bhave noted that revenue growth remained positive but margin pressures persisted; the company is focusing on operational efficiency, cost discipline, and execution, with nuclear project progress on schedule and a healthy order pipeline across key segments.
