Auditor's Review

The statutory auditors, A Y & Company (FRN: 020829C), conducted a limited review of both the standalone and consolidated financial results. Based on their review, performed in accordance with SRE 2410, nothing came to their attention that caused them to believe the statements contained any material misstatement. They issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
