KSS Limited is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) pursuant to Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench order dated January 24, 2023 under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
Management Authority
Pursuant to the NCLT order and IBC provisions, the powers of the Board of Directors and responsibility for managing the affairs of the Company are vested in Mr. Dharmendra Dhelariya in the capacity of the Resolution Professional (RP).
Meeting Details
The Resolution Professional will consider and approve the following matters on Friday, May 29, 2026:
- Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026
- Audited Financial Results (Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026
Trading Window Closure
As per earlier communication dated April 8, 2026 and in terms of the company's Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosures for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed until forty-eight (48) hours after the Financial Results become generally available.
