Notes to the Financial Results
1. The financial results are prepared in accordance with Ind AS and SEBI LODR Regulations. They were approved by the Board on 6th November 2026 and subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, who issued an unmodified conclusion.
2. The comparative figures for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2025 were certified by management but not reviewed or audited.
3. The company was incorporated on 10th January 2025. Its first financial statements cover the period from 10th January 2025 to 31st March 2026. Figures have been restated from the date of incorporation pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) for the demerger of HUL's Ice Cream Business Undertaking.
4. The company has identified 'Ice-cream' as its only primary reportable segment.
5. Earnings per share calculations consider equity shares issued pursuant to the Scheme from the date of the company's incorporation.
