The 102nd Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 9.30 a.m. The meeting was held at a physical venue: \"Manjeera\" Banquet Meeting Hall, 2nd Floor, HOTEL THE PLAZA (Tourism Plaza / Telangana Tourism), Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016.

The scrutinizer's report provides a consolidated breakdown of votes from e-voting and the physical poll:

  • Locking and subsequently opening the physical ballot box in the presence of two witnesses.
  • Reconciling poll papers with records from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (M/s. Venture Capital & Corporate Investments Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad).

The Scrutinizer concluded that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority and that all processes were valid and complete.

Compliance Confirmation

The disclosure confirms compliance with:

  • Section 108 and 109 of the Companies Act, 2013
  • Rule 20(3)(xi) and Rule 21(2) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014
  • Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
