1. The financial results were reviewed by the Statutory Auditors, CNK & Associates LLP, and recommended by the Audit Committee before being taken on record by the Board.

2. The Company operates under a single segment: "Manufacture and Sale of Chemicals."

3. As per Ind AS 109, investments are valued at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL). The fair value loss on these investments for Q2 FY27 was ₹5.79 lakhs, contributing to the negative other income.

4. The Limited Review Report by CNK & Associates LLP, dated 03rd November 2026, states that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the accompanying statement of unaudited financial results contains any material misstatement.
