Lotus Chocolate FY26 Net Profit Plummets 99%

Lotus Chocolate reported FY26 results with a 99% YoY drop in net profit to ₹0.10 lakh, from ₹1,722.72 lakh.
Revenue from operations grew marginally by 1% YoY to ₹57,955.36 lakh, while total expenses surged 11% YoY.
The company disclosed a change in its promoter, with Reliance Consumer Products Limited (New RCPL) becoming the new holding company effective December 1, 2025.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the annual results and a limited review conclusion on the Q4 FY26 results.
