Lotus Developers FY26 Pre-Sales Up 137% to ₹1,157 Cr

Lotus Developers reported FY26 pre-sales of ₹1,157 Cr, up 137% YoY, with Q4 pre-sales reaching ₹462 Cr driven by strong launch of Project Celestia.
The company maintains a net cash position with ₹849 Cr cash against ₹152 Cr debt and provided FY27 pre-sales guidance of ₹1,800-2,000 Cr.
Nine new projects were added in FY26 with cumulative GDV of ₹8,500-9,000 Cr, including a mixed-use project in GIFT City with Abhishek Bachchan.
FY26 financials show revenue of ₹769 Cr (up 40% YoY), EBITDA of ₹281 Cr (36.5% margin), and PAT of ₹243 Cr (31.6% margin).
