LTM Limited reported FY26 revenue of ₹423,076 million, up 11.3% YoY, with net profit increasing 8.3% to ₹49,827 million despite a ₹5.28 billion exceptional item for new labor code implementation.
The company completed its rebranding to LTM and strategic pivot to an AI-centric Business Creativity partner, deploying over 1,500 AI agents and scaling its BlueVerse ecosystem with 71,000+ employees using Microsoft Copilot.
LTM maintained strong financial metrics with EBITDA margin at 17.9%, ROE at 21.3%, and operating cash flow conversion of 96.3%, while declaring a final dividend of ₹53 per share totaling ₹19,911 million.
ESG performance remained robust with 73.79% renewable energy usage, 94.41% waste recycling, 30.9% gender diversity, and CSR initiatives reaching 1,199,584 beneficiaries through digital inclusion programs.
