Management Commentary
Mr. Anmol Jain, Managing Director, commented that the strong performance was driven by scale-up of existing products and increasing penetration of value-added portfolio. He noted the automotive industry showed growth across all segments: passenger vehicles (+25%), two-wheelers (+17%), three-wheelers (+25%), and commercial vehicles (+34%) in Q2FY27, supported by improved affordability following GST 2.0. Key challenges mentioned include rising input costs (crude-linked polymer prices), elevated lead time and costs for electronic components, freight costs, and rupee depreciation.
The company remains focused on innovation, developing technologically advanced products, strengthening wallet share with existing customers, expanding across new vehicle platforms, adding new customers across geographies, and enhancing product portfolio.
