Capital Structure Change
The Board approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, an increase in Authorized Share Capital from ₹6,00,00,000 (60,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each) to ₹15,00,00,000 (1,50,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each). This requires amendment to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association.
