2. The change in designation of the Chairperson of the Company from Mr. Madhavprasad Govindram Jalan to Mr. Vivek Madhavprasad Jalan. The Board will designate Mr. Vivek Madhavprasad Jalan as the Chairperson of the Company with effect from such date as may be decided by the Board.
