The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹72,321 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹9,012 lakhs for FY2026, approved by the board on 28 April 2026.
Auditors provided an unmodified opinion on the annual results and a clean review conclusion on the quarterly results for the year ended 31 March 2026.
The board recommended a dividend of ₹3.50 per share (35%) subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
