Auditor Review

Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP performed a limited review of both consolidated and standalone financial results and issued unmodified review reports dated 20 July 2026. The review was conducted in accordance with SRE 2410 issued by ICAI.

For the consolidated results, the auditor noted that they did not review the interim financial results of six subsidiaries (representing total revenues of ₹399.60 crore and net loss of ₹1.12 crore) and one joint venture (representing share of loss after tax of ₹0.05 crore), relying on reviews performed by other auditors.
