Financial impact and final insurance claim amount cannot be ascertained with reasonable certainty at this stage.

Audit and Review Status

Financial results reviewed by statutory auditors SHBA & CO LLP who issued an unmodified conclusion. Audit Committee recommended and Board of Directors approved the results on November 07, 2026.
