Operational and Financial Performance
The Company recorded a total income of ₹196.32 lakhs compared to ₹135.64 lakhs in the previous year, representing significant growth. Net profit increased by 209% to ₹107.14 lakhs from ₹34.63 lakhs in FY 2024-25.
AGM Details
The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 7th August 2026 at 12:30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.
- Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 31st July 2026 to 7th August 2026 (both days inclusive)
- Remote e-voting through NSDL platform from 9:00 AM on 4th August 2026 to 5:00 PM on 6th August 2026

Share Capital
The paid-up equity share capital as on 31st March 2026 was ₹457.00 lakhs (45,70,000 equity shares of ₹10 each). No change occurred in the Authorised, Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital during the year.
Reserves and Dividend
Reserves and Surplus (other equity) stood at ₹12,011.17 lakhs as on 31st March 2026. The Board did not recommend any dividend for FY 2025-26 to conserve profits.

Corporate Governance
Though exempt from certain corporate governance provisions under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations due to size, the Company voluntarily complied with governance requirements.
Investments
The Company operates in a single segment - Investment Segment. Investment portfolio valued at ₹16,039.08 lakhs as on 31st March 2026, including quoted equity instruments (₹3,800.75 lakhs), unquoted equity instruments (₹10,994.05 lakhs), debentures & bonds (₹10.81 lakhs), and mutual funds (₹1,233.47 lakhs).
Related Party Transactions
All Related Party Transactions during FY 2025-26 were conducted at arm's length basis in the ordinary course of business. No material RPTs were entered under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Employee Strength
The Company had only two employees on its payroll as on 31st March 2026.
