Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated)
- Consolidated Revenue for FY26 stood at ₹13,611 Crore, growing 26% year-on-year.
- Recurring consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹1,762 Crore, up 11% year-on-year.
- Operating margin was 17.1%, declining 265 basis points (bps) versus the previous year due to significant input cost inflation.
- The India business delivered a turnover of ₹10,348 Crore, growing 28% year-on-year with underlying volume growth of 8%.
- The Foods business crossed the ₹1,000 Crore revenue mark.
- The digital-first portfolio exited the year with an annualised revenue run-rate of more than ₹1,100 Crore.
- The combined share of the Foods and Premium Personal Care portfolio in the India business increased to around 23%.
- The International business delivered 20% Constant Currency Growth (CCG).
- Foreign exchange earnings were ₹1,055.43 Crore, compared to ₹695.88 Crore in the previous year.
- Capital expenditure (CapEx) for FY26 was ₹319 Crore.
- Research & Development (R&D) expenditure was approximately ₹50-51 Crore.
Dividend Declaration or Non-Declaration
- The Company declared a dividend of ₹4 per share for FY26, which translates to 400% of its face value of ₹1 per share.
- The average dividend payout to shareholders for the last 5 years stands at 66% of recurring consolidated net profits.

- The Company made progress against its ESG 2030 Roadmap.

- The Company planted 2.26 lakh saplings through CSR afforestation drives.
- The flagship water conservation programme, 'Jalashay', created 103 Crore litres of water conservation potential in FY26, taking the cumulative total to 547 Crore litres.
- The flagship education programme, Nihar Shanti Pathshala Funwala, benefited 12.69 lakh students.
- CSR spend for FY26 was ₹26.70 Crore, with an excess spend of ₹30 lakh beyond the statutory requirement.
- The Company has a dedicated Brand Protection team to address counterfeiting issues.
- The debt-equity ratio is ~0.1x.
- The value of Total Fixed Assets & Intangibles in foreign subsidiaries is about ₹400 Crore.

Ownership & Market Activity
- As of March 31, 2026, a total of 1,00,938 equity shares held by 398 shareholders were lying in the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
- During FY26, ₹12.93 lakhs of unclaimed dividend and 377 equity shares were transferred to IEPF.
