The Board of Directors meeting, held from 07:00 PM to 07:45 PM on 10th August 2026, approved the following matters:

1. Approved and took on record the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.

2. Approved the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors, Mayank Shah & Associates.

3. Approved the scheduling of the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Monday, 21st September 2026 at 12:00 PM. The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) from the company's Corporate Office.

Auditor's Review

Mayank Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn. No. 106109W), issued a limited review report on the unaudited standalone financial results. Their review, conducted under Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410, concluded that nothing has come to their attention to suggest the statement contains any material misstatement. The results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) 34.

Notes to the Financial Results

1. The financial results are prepared in accordance with Ind AS prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on 10th August 2026.

3. The company reports two operating segments: Engineering Division and Food Division, as per Ind AS 108.

4. Segment assets and liabilities are those directly identifiable to the segments; corporate assets and liabilities for head office, Mumbai office, and investments are shown as unallocable.

5. Previous period figures have been regrouped/reclassified where necessary.
