Significant Corporate Action

During the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company sold its entire holding of 3,50,000 equity shares (representing 70% of paid-up equity share capital) in Haitek Automotive Private Limited. Consequently, Haitek ceased to be a subsidiary effective July 1, 2026.
