Important Notes
1. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 5th November 2026.
2. The Statutory Auditors (G. Rameshkumar & Co.) have carried out a limited review of the results.
3. Pursuant to the order dated 29 June 2026 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (Chennai Bench), D V S Industries Private Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary) was merged with the Company with an appointed date of 01 April 2024. The merger is a common control transaction and accordingly the financial information has been restated as per Appendix C to Ind AS 103.
4. Exceptional item represents profit on sale of land in the quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q1 FY27); the tax thereon is included in current tax.
5. The Company is engaged in only one segment.
6. Paid up Equity Share Capital remains unchanged at ₹4,828.16 lakhs (Face Value of ₹10 per share).
